    FREE Gmail accounts (@gmail.com)

    We can’t configure anything under @gmail.com—you must use Google Workspace with your own domain (like hello@yourbusiness.com).

    We can help you set that up if needed—it only takes a few minutes.

    Wix Email Software

    Wix has very limited DNS access and email authentication controls, making it hard to fix deliverability.

    Solution: You can still keep your Wix site, but we’ll route your email through a proper provider like Zoho, Google Workspace, or Proton.

    GoDaddy Webmail

    GoDaddy’s default email service has weak SPF/DKIM support and often fails authentication tests.

    Solution: Keep your GoDaddy domain if you like, but we’ll connect it to a better inbox platform—fully supported in our system.

    Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ConvertKit, or Stripe Receipts (default setup)

    If you’re sending emails from their domain (like @mailchimp.com or @stripe.com), we can’t fix deliverability.

    Solution: These platforms allow you to send from your own domain—we’ll walk you through how to connect it, authenticate it, and get 10x better performance.

    • Website builders or CRMs that don’t allow DNS-level access

    Some tools—like Kajabi, Systeme.io, Kartra, ClickFunnels, Squarespace Email, and Wix Email—don’t give you full control of your domain’s DNS records.

    That means we can’t properly set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, which are the backbone of deliverability.

    Solution: You can still use those platforms for your website or funnels, but we’ll connect your email to a provider like Zoho, Google Workspace, or Proton where you own the domain and can authenticate it fully.
